Free Shipping Offer Australia Wide for Online Orders Over $100.
This offer is subject to all of the following terms and conditions:
Free shipping is only valid to delivery destinations within Australia.
To qualify, your order must be greater than $100 after any sale discounts or coupons are applied to your purchase.
The offer is for online orders only and is valid from 30th July 2018 until further notice.
This free shipping offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
Should your order be less than $100, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Flat rate shipping is available for New Zealand ($9.95 AUD) and Rest of the World ($25 AUD).
All orders are dispatched from our Australia based warehouses within one to two business days.
Depending on delivery location please allow between 1 - 10 business days from the day of dispatch to receive your order.
Please note all orders received on Saturday and Sunday or Public Holidays will be processed the next business day.
Discount Vouchers and Coupons
Any discount Voucher and Coupon codes are for full price, in stock items only and exclude Gift Vouchers.

Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us directly to discuss.
If returning an item, please ensure the items are unworn and the packaging is in original condition.
Returns must be received within 30 days of sale date for an exchange or refund via your original payment method.
Return shipping will only be reimbursed if the wrong product was sent or if the item is faulty. In all other instances the return shipping must be covered by the customer. All returns or exchanges must be pre-arranged by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Unfortunately we are unable to accept change of mind returns for sale items, electronic or nutritional items.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All transactions are processed securely by AfterPay, ZipPay, Stripe or PayPal.
We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including (without limitation) if the requested Product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site which you have ordered. If we reject an order placed through the site, then we will make all attempts to notify you of that rejection at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time after you submit your order.
