PLEASE NOTE: The Band size you’ll require will not be the same as your waist size. Please see below how to find your perfect size.

Size Guide – measure the circumference where you want to wear the band e.g. waist or hips whilst wearing your running/sports gear. The fit should feel snug, but not tight. The belt size will generally be a few cm larger than your waist size due to wearing over clothes.
